The lower floor, also 1,076 square feet by our plan with a ceiling height of 7′8″, has the foyer at the front door, a family room of 12′3″ by 14′10″ with a brick fireplace, a kitchen of 15′10″ by 7′5″, three bedrooms of 13′10″ by 8′3″, 7′5″ by 11′11″ and 10′6″ by 11′3″, a bathroom of 6′0″ by 8′4″ with a washer and dryer, a utility room with a second washer and dryer and a laundry sink, and storage. The listing describes this floor as fully finished and records it as an unauthorized suite.
